How does the recruitment process look like?

Our recruitment process is designed to ensure a comprehensive evaluation of candidates. Initially, the recruiters will arrange a video interview to ensure our expectations align with your aspirations. Following this, you’ll take part in a series of interviews, including a technical interview with the hiring team, a practical challenge, and a cultural interviews. Ultimately, team fit is what matters to us. This is why we would like to invite you to our office if you are in Munich.

How should I prepare for my virtual interview?



First, find a quiet room, ensure that your device is charged, that you have a stable internet connection and test the Teams meeting link beforehand. It can be useful to prepare a list of questions that you may want to ask during the interview. Finally and most importantly, relax and be yourself

How does the onboarding process look like?

We have a very well-balanced onboarding process that includes live virtual sessions with all teams, so you get a very good understanding of what each teams does to contribute to the Maltego goals. Every new joiner has a buddy that is responsible for the smooth integration and onboarding of the new team member. We offer training and clearly outlined processes to ensure you have all the necessary resources. Our goal is to ensure that each new team member is fully in sync with their manager and positioned for success from the start.

What are the development opportunities in Maltego?

Every new joiner is discussing their career path during their first 360 degree feedback cycle. Every employee is given a few options for career development and once the direction is defined, we set up a plan to bring the employee to their desired new role.
