Maltego is a tool used globally by industry experts, analysts, and law enforcement agencies to help protect and watch-over their own infrastructure but also to keep guard on internet safety, reduce crime and catch bad guys. As a customer success manager, you assist such experts in doing their job more efficiently through the use of Maltego. With your communication skills, innate ability to empathize with users and find a use case to solution fit with the arsenal of tools that you have at hand, you will be empowering Maltego users around the globe.

What to expect đź”—︎


  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution 
  • Work closely with other teams and select customers to develop a deep understanding of product requirements  
  • Understand Maltego infrastructure, how they interact with one another 
  • Participate in internal product improvement, evaluation and beta testing exercises  
  • Onboard customers by introducing them to the tool 
  • Organize webinars, Q&A and online trainings

EDUCATION: 
 Technical college degree preferred 
 
EXPERIENCE: 
  • Knows/willing to learn Maltego internal and external infrastructure and general IT infrastructure 
  • Basic scripting knowledge or programming knowledge preferred 
SKILLS:
  • Strong trouble-shooting skills  
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and English communication skills, other languages are a plus 
  • Ability to work independently and remotely 
  • Capable of multi-tasking, and switch roles when required, adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to grow to a customer facing trainer role
