Revenue Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Maltego is currently in the phase of establishing a series of customer facing business processes. Despite being a small team, we serve a large, global customer base ranging from single investigators to large enterprises. As a result of our growing business, we are currently looking for someone to take full responsibility for the revenue operations of our subscription business.

What to expect 🔗︎


At Maltego, we drive a series of sales channels to sell our investigator toolkit. In addition to our web-shop and reseller program, our key account managers work with a large number of customers directly. As Revenue Operations Manager, you will work closely with our Account Management, Sales Development, Customer Success, Business Systems, and Business Intelligence functions to ensure that our customers get up-to-date quotes, proposals and contract information.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Act as sales back office to support sales development and account management 
  • Keep  customer information up-to-date in our CRM system and enforce company guidelines
  • Review deals to set up sales orders properly and consistent with company policies
  • Track the renewal status of customers and support them during the renewal process
  • Report relevant business metrics to management
  • Work with our global support to ensure smooth communication across all functions
  • Ensure timely delivery of quotes, invoices, and software licenses.

Your profile in short 🔗︎


  • Working experience in sales or revenue operations, ideally at SaaS companies
  • Experience using a CRM , Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong understanding of subscription and renewal processes in software businesses
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
  • Degree in accounting, business administration or similar
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written; German is a plus but not required
  • Self-organized and ready to work hands-on
