Maltego is a tool used globally by industry experts, analysts, and law enforcement agencies to help protect and watch over their own infrastructure but also to keep guard on internet safety, reduce crime and catch bad guys.
As an Engagement Manager, you will help Maltego to build up a new team for delivering custom development services to our Enterprise customers within the Services function. The team shall be responsible for delivering integration projects to customers (from scoping and offering to delivery and maintenance). The projects involve building data integrations for data sources our customers seek to integrate into Maltego as well as designing and writing custom transforms – pieces of code – to pull customer data into Maltego.

In this role, you will:
- Build up and lead a new service delivery team for delivering custom engineering and technical services to Enterprise customers
- Write Statements of Work (requirements collection, project scoping, solution drafting, time and capacity planning, etc.)
- PMO and technical project lead for customer-specific data integration projects
- Have close interfaces with Customer teams (Sales, Customer Success, Implementation Engineering) and Product&Tech teams (on how to productize outputs and build tooling for enterprise integrations)
- Manage engineers working on integrations and ensuring projects meet timeline and delivery
Your profile in short 🔗︎
- 3-5 years of experience as an Engagement/ Technical Project Manager from an IT service company
- Strong project management skills via experience in tech/data integration engagements
- Experience in PMO and technical project leadership both customer-facing and internally with the delivery engineering team
- Strong oral and written communication skills (internal and external stakeholders)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g. Scrum / Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
- Knowledge about data integrations (understanding the various integration concepts and methods, how costly they are to deliver, tooling for efficient delivery, etc.)
- Ability to review code and write technical documentation
- Ability to develop in Phython is a plus
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or another project/program management training
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building up teams
- People development and team leadership skills
