Maltego is a tool used globally by industry experts, analysts, and government agencies to help protect and watchover their own infrastructure, and to keep guard of internet safety, reduce crime and catch bad guys. Investigators and analysts using Maltego rely on its visual data relationship mapping interface to conduct analysis and take action.

As an experienced Demand Generation Manager, you help us scale our demand gen engine to drive a qualified sales pipeline. You’ll wear many hats and be responsible for a wide breadth of projects, from launching paid campaigns to drive leads, nurturing campaigns to push leads down the funnel, optimizing our lead funnel, and helping guide how we build our MarTech stack. You’ll work cross-functionally with the sales team and closely with the marketing channel owners to drive outcomes.

What to expect 🔗︎

Your responsibilities include:
  • Define and manage a SaaS lead generation framework and the demand generation playbook (lead generation, pipeline creation, and nurturing) together with our Head of Marketing
  • Build and manage demand programs including email campaigns and nurturing steams of the lead to opportunity funnel and ABM strategies
  • Continuously work on optimizing our website and lead generation channels
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives on campaign strategy, lead management, and ensure a consistent feedback loop and the relationship between marketing and sales
  • Identify the right timing, content, and channel to (re-)approach prospects
  • Measure, analyze, and report on the impact of account-based marketing activities on pipeline and revenue
  • Optimize our online experience from paid ads to the website, to lead capture
  • Be our growth advocate across our whole organization

Your profile in short 🔗︎

  • 3+ years of experience with B2B demand generation in a SaaS company
  • Experience managing B2B demand generation programs across the full funnel for the purpose of new business acquisition
  • Experience in online/performance marketing (incl. leading agencies), CRM/marketing automation, and account-based marketing tactics
  • Analytical thinker and comfortable working with or using data. You can create reports with ease, enjoy measuring campaigns, and love to optimize
  • Knowledge and experience of marketing systems and tools such as Google Analytics, webinar integrations, data enrichment & validation tools
  • Experience managing LinkedIn and Google Ads, either directly or via an agency, and know what good performance looks like
  • Have a deep understanding of how multiple channels impact each other and can be leveraged in harmony to drive results
  • Strong leadership skills to build, lead and empower a high-impact team
  • Hands-on, agile, and growth hacking mindset
