As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you assist such experts in doing their job more efficiently through the use of Maltego. With your communication skills, innate ability to empathize with users and find a use case to solution fit with the arsenal of tools that you have at hand, you will be empowering Maltego users around the globe.

Working in Success means proactively engaging with customers, understanding their journey so far with Maltego, driving product adoption, and delivering product value. You will engage with our Engineering, our Data Hub, Sales, and Marketing teams to understand our product roadmap,forward the feedback you collect on customer experience, and ensure updates go the full circle and reach the customers. Additionally, as our team continues to grow, in the role of Senior Customer Success Manager, you will support and guide the current customer success managers. You will ensure that the team is functioning optimally with data driven decisions, and coach junior managers to provide best in class service to our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Onboarding new customers and their users
  • Proactively engage with Customers at risk
  • Drive user adoption and increase Customer retention and loyalty
  • Support and coach junior customer success managers with efficient processes
  • Bring in your previous experience to bring customer success to the next level
  • Reporting and stress-testing our weekly/monthly reporting

Your profile in short πŸ”—︎


  • Bachelor’s degree with an interest or background in cyber security, law enforcement, or trust and safety
  • 3+ years in a Customer Success role.
  • A love for speaking with and getting to know people
  • Comfortable giving presentations and demos in front of larger audiences as well as in conference calls
  • Affinity for software tools and are experience using Microsoft office and CRM tools
  • Ability to work with complicated customers and to juggle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Problem solver with a goal-getter attitude willing to fight for every single user
  • A passion to coach teams to work efficiently and effectively
  • Willingness to drive change backed by data
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), business fluency in German preferred, additional European languages are a plus
