We are searching for a talented User Experience Researcher to support our product teams and take Maltego to the next level by building world-class products and services. You'll be part of our moderately sized engineering hub in Munich.

What to expect 🔗︎
In this role:
- You are responsible for managing qualitative feedback that is gathered by several roles in the organization to aggregate and merge relevant data into actionable insights and send them to the respective teams to work on.
- In addition you will work with several teams to gather feedback using various UX research methods (interview techniques, surveys, observational studies, usability studies etc.)
Your profile in short 🔗︎
In your toolkit, you have:
- A strong background in UX Research, Human-computer interaction or similar studies.
- 2-5 years work experience with UX Research at a tech company
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative research in a B2B setting.
- Experience working with cross-functional executive-level stakeholders and influencing business strategy
- A high level of comfort with planning, scoping, conducting, analyzing and communicating research
- and you are pragmatic, can switch across several projects running at the same time, and prioritize your work.
