While developing, marketing and selling an established product, Maltego Technologies is still a young company with ambitious plans to grow. We are currently in the phase of scaling our development and technology teams. With Maltego's growth in the last year, we are searching for a technical recruiter to aid in this continued growth.

What to expect 🔗︎


The Technical Recruiter will drive the entire hiring process; sourcing, interviewing, and closing top engineering talent from all over the world, working closely with engineering teams to constantly improve the way we hire.

This includes:
  • Set up and drive hiring strategies for various tech positions in the company
  • Guiding hiring managers and candidates through the recruitment process
  • Build and maintain a significant network of great prospects through market research and continuous relationship management

Your profile in short 🔗︎


  • You have proven experience (3+ years) as a full lifecycle Recruiter - sourcing, interviewing and closing candidates.
  • Experience in engaging a diverse talent pool through different sourcing tools
  • A strong passion for recruiting and talent acquisition with a strong focus on candidate experience.
  • Good technical knowledge.
  • Fluency in English.
