As a Subject Matter Expert at Maltego, you will be an ambassador for our investigative tool and an expert advisor to customers and internal stakeholders alike. Drawing on your experience in Trust & Safety, deep knowledge of the Maltego tool and strong communication skills, you will strengthen our impact and empower Maltego users around the globe

What to expect 🔗︎
In this role, you will:
- Develop demonstrations to showcase the Maltego tool across a range of Trust & Safety use cases
- Act as a Maltego ambassador within our Trust & Safety customer community: representing Maltego at conferences, developing and demonstrating new use cases, and maintaining your network of contacts
- Write thought-leadership articles for our website, produce white papers, and record webinars
- Consult with existing Maltego users: delivering training and supporting users in getting maximum value from our tool across various investigation types
- Act as a consultant for internal stakeholders to influence product decisions and marketing strategies: sharing knowledge of current trends in your area of expertise, advising on levant data integrations, and representing the analyst point-of-view
Your profile in short 🔗︎
In your toolkit, you have:
- You have extensive knowledge of Trust & Safety practices, with 3+ years’ investigative experience in topics such as fraud, money laundering or insider threats
- You have completed a university degree in a relevant discipline
- You have practical experience using Maltego or a similar tool for your own investigations
- You have excellent analytical skills and are comfortable working with large volumes of data
- You can explain complex ideas in simple words and are able to come up with supporting visualizations
- You feel comfortable giving presentations and demonstrations in front of larger audiences as well as in conference calls
- You can work independently, as well as in collaboration with others
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken), additional languages are a plus
