Demand Generation Manager (m/w/d)

We are seeking a data-driven and analytical Demand Generation Manager (m/w/d) to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for performance tracking and optimization of inbound and outbound marketing channels and spend, running marketing automations in our CRM and marketing automation tools, and setting up nurturing journeys for our leads and users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing analytics, CRM management, and marketing automation.

Your responsibilities will include:

Lead generation:
  • Develop lead generation strategies
  • Create comprehensive plans on how to execute on strategies
  • Execute campaigns cross functionally
Performance Management:
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all inbound and outbound marketing channels.
  • Monitor marketing spend and optimize budget allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to the marketing team.
Salesforce CRM Management:
  • Manage and maintain the Salesforce CRM from a marketing perspective, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Implement and optimize CRM workflows to improve lead management and marketing processes.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance CRM functionalities for better marketing performance.
Marketing Automation:
  • Design, implement, and manage marketing automation campaigns and workflows within Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Set up and optimize nurturing journeys to engage and convert leads.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Pardot, Salesforce, our website and other marketing platforms.

Your profile in short 🔗︎


  • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, CRM management, and marketing automation.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Bias towards action and high levels of initiative
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Administrator or Marketing Cloud certification.
  • Experience with other CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, scale-up, high-growth environment.
