We are actively seeking a dynamic Financial Planning and Analysis Manager (m/w/d) with over 5 years of tech sector experience to join our team. This role is crucial in providing comprehensive FP&A support, driving financial efficiency, overseeing corporate projects, and contributing valuable insights to strategic decision-making, making you an indispensable asset to our organization.
What to expect 🔗︎
- Support the business on financial metrics and analysis
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, long-term planning, risk/opportunity assesments, and periodic/ad hoc reporting
- Contribute to corporate projects impacting the entire organization
- Identify revenue opportunities and cost improvements
- Serve as Finance liaison to departments, providing insights and ad hoc analysis
- Analyze financial data, contribute to key projects, and assist in report preparation
- Ensure data accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and evaluate financial performance
Your profile in short 🔗︎
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or business
- 5+ years of tech sector experience
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or equivalent
- General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles
- Strong Excel and Financial Modeling skills
- Salesforce reporting experience is preferable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-oriented with a "can do" attitude and flexibility
- High commitment to quality work, ethics, integrity, and compliance
- Attention to detail
