We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Engineering to lead and oversee our engineering team. As the Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence, and efficient execution within our organization. You will provide direction, mentorship, and guidance to our team of engineers and engineering managers, ensuring the successful execution of our engineering initiatives.
This includes:

• Technical Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the engineering team, defining the standards of technical excellence, strategies, and goals aligned with the overall company objectives. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
• Team Management: Manage and continue to build a high-performing engineering team, including hiring top talent, fostering a positive work culture, and promoting professional growth. Set clear performance and quality expectations, provide regular feedback, and ensure the team's productivity and engagement.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with executive leadership, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, prioritize engineering initiatives, and align technical solutions with the company's strategic vision.
• Resource Planning and Budgeting: Develop and manage the engineering department's budget, including resource planning and staffing. Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and obstacles in engineering projects and develop contingency plans to mitigate them. Promote a culture of data privacy and information security.
