Maltego is a tool used globally across industries by cyber security experts, analysts, and law enforcement agencies to protect their own infrastructure from cyber-attacks and bad actors, but also to keep guard on internet safety. With on growing infrastructure of Maltego ecosystem, we would like to add a new member to our DevOps domain.

When you join us, you will become part of our DevOps domain. You will be working closely with the engineers and architects that brought Maltego to life. Your mission in our technology team is to bring Maltego to the next level by building a world-class tool and infrastructure.

Maltego integrates different data sources through the use of “Transforms” - pieces of code - to pull data into the tool. The major part of our infrastructure is on Kubernetes, using Azure Cloud and following microservice architecture to support our growing Maltego Infrastructure. We are looking for DevOps Engineer to improve the reliability and performance along with design, build and scale the infrastructure to support Maltego Ecosystem. The DevOps domain of Maltego offers services, tools, and knowledge to function product engineer in a self-service way. Being part of the DevOps team means owning development, operation, and SLO goals for uptime and latency, as well as supporting the product team in leveraging the feature, infrastructure, and workflow available to them.

Your role will include:
  • Orchestrate, maintain and troubleshoot virtualization technologies based on VMs and containers such as Kubernetes, Azure, and other related technology.
  • Orchestrate, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise systems like databases, message queues, APIs, and distributed applications using data and metrics such as SLOs and error budgets.
  • Design, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Azure Pipeline-based CI and CD
  • Working together with other product teams and supporting in activities such as designing, implementing, automation, provisioning, planning, and widespread application lifecycle management
  • On-call duty

Your profile in short đź”—︎


  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years as a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Infrastructure engineer.
  • Experience in working on Cloud Infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP).
  • Experience in managing applications on Kubernetes and integrated tools like Argo CD, Helm, etc.
  • Experience managing applications in Java, Python, PHP, Node, etc.
  • Coding ability in with one or similar of the following: C, C++, Java, Python, or Go.
  • Understanding of Unix/Linux, and optionally Windows operating systems.
  • Experience working with Infrastructure as Code / Automation tools (Ansible, Terraform).
  • Experience in managing CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.)
  • Experience with monitoring platforms such as Azure Monitor, Prometheus, and Grafana to comprehend service health and create dashboards;
  • Understanding of Azure and Hybrid Networking across Kubernetes and Virtualization technology.
