What to expect 🔗︎
As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for assisting the Program Lead in creating and managing content for our impact stories, Webinars blog, website information, social media platforms, and other digital and print assets. You will work with external partners to create compelling content that engages our target audience, while also promoting our brand and mission.

- Work closely with the Marketing team and Program Lead to develop and execute content strategies that align with our brand and mission
- Collaborate with external partners, including NGO and Academic partners, to create content that promotes our brand and mission
- Assist in the creation and management of content for our marketing campaigns, blog, website, social media platforms, and other digital and print assets
- Write and edit high-quality, engaging, and error-free content that aligns with our brand voice and tone
- Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
- Collaborate with other departments, including Sales and Product, to ensure that content is aligned with overall business objectives
- Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of our content and make data-driven decisions to improve our content strategy
- Work with external partners to ensure that content is created and delivered on time and meets our quality standards
Your profile in short 🔗︎
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a scaling SAAS company creating content for various digital and print assets
- Proven track record of writing and editing high-quality, engaging, and error-free content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with analytics tools
- Experience working with external partners, including NGO and Academic partners, to create content
- Familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms, and email marketing tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English
