What to expect 🔗︎
- Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders across the university community, including faculty, staff, students, and external partners.
- Develop and implement engagement strategies that align with our goals and objectives.
- Coordinate and manage engagement events, including workshops, seminars, and webinars.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute engagement campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and other digital channels.
- Measure and analyze engagement metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our partners, including responding to inquiries and providing timely support.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Create and maintain reports on engagement activities and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in engagement and higher education
Your profile in short 🔗︎
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., communications, marketing, business, education)
- 1-3 years of experience in engagement or a related field
- Experience engaging within the US Universities/colleges spheres
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Experience coordinating and managing events
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of engagement strategies and best practices
- Experience with digital engagement platforms, including email marketing and social media
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
