As Product Owner Website, you will be responsible for managing the development and maintenance of our customer-facing websites. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers, to ensure the website is functioning properly, meeting the needs of our customers, and driving business results.
What to expect 🔗︎
- Take ownership of maltego.com, ensuring a seamless user experience aligned with the customer journey
- Collaborate with engineering pods and external vendors to optimize the website, working closely with creative services to enhance on-site user experience
- Serve as a liaison between the marketing and engineering teams, translating marketing requirements into high-performing web assets
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements for the website based on user feedback, business goals, and market trends
Collaborate with the design team to ensure the website is visually appealing, user-friendly, and CRO optimized
Build the foundational processes and set up a future internal Website team (we will transition from an external developer team)
Translate and implement user research and testing to reduce bottlenecks and to ensure the websites are meeting the needs of our users and customers
- Manage and develop website strategy, including the implementation of a dashboard to track KPIs and quarterly goals.
Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and the broader organization
Your profile in short 🔗︎
3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry
Experience managing the development of websites or web applications
Strong understanding of security principles, user experience design, and web development technologies
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Webflow is a plus
Web accessibility familiarity or experience
