Maltego is a tool used globally across industries by cyber security experts, analysts, and law enforcement agencies to protect their own infrastructure from cyber attacks and hunt bad actors.
We are looking for a highly organized strategic thinker to become Chief of Staff for our Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The successful candidate will work closely with the CTO, leaders of the product and technology functions as well as members of the senior leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and optimize the performance of the product and technology organization. This role is open to candidates based either near our engineering hub in Munich, Germany, or to applicants with remote work experience and able to effectively collaborate with colleagues in CET and US Eastern Time.

What to expect 🔗︎
- Partner with the CTO in developing and implementing the product and technology organization’s strategic vision and initiatives.
- Provide operational support to the CTO, including scheduling and event planning.
- Drive key product and technology initiatives, from planning through execution, measurement, and reporting.
- Manage internal and cross-functional communications in and around the product and technology org.
- Lead special projects on behalf of the CTO and product and technology teams.
- In collaboration with other members of the functional leadership team, develop and execute cross-function initiatives.
Your profile in short 🔗︎
- A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in technology management, with a proven record of successfully executing complex projects and initiatives.
- Experience in a chief of staff role is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of projects and initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a smooth collaboration with engineers and a wide range of stakeholders, potentially in different regions and time-zones.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams with an emphasis on project management.
- A strong desire to make a difference in the world.
- Creative problem-solving analytical skills with the ability to create elegant solutions to multi-faceted challenges and inform product decisions with data.
