Maltego is a tool used globally across industries by cyber security experts, analysts, and law enforcement agencies to protect their own infrastructure from cyber attacks and hunt bad actors.
We are looking for a Head of Product to drive product strategy, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and oversee the lifecycle of existing products. This role is open to candidates based either near our engineering hub in Munich, Germany, or to applicants with remote work experience and able to effectively collaborate with colleagues in CET.

What to expect 🔗︎
In this role, you will:
- Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy, in collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Lead the team of product managers embedded within our engineering experience teams.
- Identify and prioritize product features so that they meet at the intersection of customer needs and business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay on top of trends and evolving customer needs.
- Lead development and maintenance of the product roadmap and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
- Collaborate with the Go-to-market team to create product positioning, messaging, service, and support strategies that translate into high-quality products with good market fit.
- Create metrics that allow us to measure product value and effectiveness without compromising investigator privacy.
Your profile in short 🔗︎
- Advanced degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in product management or related role.
- 4+ years of leadership experience including mentoring and management of product managers and related staff.
- Mastery of a range or product development methodologies at scale including agile and modern dev ops practices.
- Excellent communication skills for a smooth collaboration with engineers and other non-technical stakeholders, potentially in different regions and time zones.
- A strong desire to make a difference in the world.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Creative problem-solving analytical skills with the ability to create elegant solutions to multi-faceted challenges and inform product decisions with data.
- Track record of developing, shepherding, and launching successful products.
