What to expect 🔗︎
As an Operations Specialist Data Hub, you work closely with your teammates in partner account and product management to ensure that all the processes around the marketplace run smoothly. You bridge operations between data partners, internal teams and customers, and deliver daily on our promises to them, while finding clever ways to optimize and scale up our processes.
Your responsibilities include:

- Ensure the smooth flow of information between all relevant stakeholders (data partners, internal teams, and customers)
- Collect, respond to, and solve upcoming problems and information requests in a timely and accurate way
- Provide timely and accurate reports to our partners and ensure we meet our contractual commitments
- Continuously improve processes by finding ways to tackle recurring problems proactively and simplify, optimize, or automate recurring processes
- Coordinate cross-functional processes such as the launch of new integrations

- You are detail-oriented, diligent, and reliable
- You are a positive person with a “can do” spirit and eagerness to challenge the status quo and improve things
- You are service-oriented and love to work with partners and different internal teams
- You love to learn about technical and commercial topics, are a critical thinker and creative problem solver who strives for excellence
- Fluency in English is required, German is a plus
