Maltego helps to get valuable insights leveraging dispersed data sets in an investigation. As Maltego’s Transform Hub passes the mark of more than 100 integrations offered out of the box, investigators must understand the value of each integration as well as the different access options for data. As a product (marketing) specialist Data Hub, you help our customers understand the value of our offerings for their investigations by facilitating great marketing and sales enablement material.

What to expect 🔗︎
As a product specialist, you are a catalyst for better communication of our offerings to all stakeholders, working closely with our data partners, and internal product teams as well as marketing and customer-facing teams. You are internally recognized as an expert for our products and infrastructure with the ability to explain this verbally, in writing or visual formats. You act as a bridge between technical expertise and customer understanding, making our integrations easy and attractive to use.

- Research and understand customer needs, use cases, preferences, and uncertainties
- Develop a deep technical understanding, and continuously learn about our and our partners’ products and leverage the knowledge to educate our internal teams,
- Find creative ways to best communicate the benefits of our offerings to different target groups
- Produce or support in producing effective sales enablement and marketing material
- Participate in the development of product marketing plans and strategies
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure that products are effectively positioned and sold in the marketplace

- You are quick to grasp new information and love to learn about technical subjects, customers’ needs and their use cases
- You have great skills in understanding your target audience and a passion for explaining things in verbal and written communication and visualization
- You are detail-oriented and diligent
- You are a creative problem solver who strives for excellence
- Fluency in English is required, German is a plus
