Data integrations make Maltego a more valuable investigator tool. As a product manager for Cyber Security Integrations, you ensure that investigators in the realm of Threat Intelligence, Incidence response and other cybersecurity roles have all the data they need at their fingertips and can seamlessly integrate Maltego in their workflow with other systems. You prioritize integrations that should be added to Maltego and work with internal and external developers to get most out of each data source in a visual format, optimizing for it to be linked to other pieces of information.

As a product manager for data integrations, you have an intimate understanding of the needs of Maltego’s user base in the Cybersecurity domain and come up with a roadmap how to better expand Maltego’s capabilities to meet those needs. You grow the number of Maltego integrations to allow investigators to leverage more structured and unstructured data in Maltego, foster usage of existing integrations and contribute to the tooling around integrations development and maintenance.

- Own the product roadmap for data integrations: you prioritize and define the roadmap for integrations. You coordinate and combine input from customers, experts and overall business strategy as well as your own scouting activities.
- Define requirements, provide integration designs, discuss alternative technical solutions with the engineers, and do / coordinate user acceptance testing.
- Build partnerships with other cybersecurity vendors: You explain partners the value of a Maltego integration, guide them on how to represent their data in a visual way, making the most out of link analysis and hand-hold integration development of external parties.
- Contribute to overall business and product strategy: you use critical thinking to provide constructive ideas also to adjacent product and business areas e.g. the overall Maltego client and offering as well as the Transform Hub as a marketplace and technical platform.
Your profile in short đź”—︎
- You have previous experience and deep knowledge of the cyber threat intelligence space and/ or cybersecurity operations
- You have university degree that proves deep know-how of technology and understanding of business topics, e.g. a Master in Computer Science with a minor in Business
- You combine an “understanding” of Java and Python with the passion for visualizing data
- You have great communicative skills and like to act as a bridge between a variety of internal stakeholders, the developers as well as senior contact persons at our partner companies
- You have a structured style of working, are able to write down plans in advance and can execute them from A to Z
- You enjoy working in a growing organization, wearing several hats, communicating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and are eager to move things forward
- Fluency in English is required, German is a plus
