We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to help drive company strategy, align teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver on multiple complex projects. You'll be part of our moderately sized engineering hub in Munich.

What to expect 🔗︎
In this role, you will
- Oversee, plan, and coordinate cross-organizational development and deployment process, assist in the integration process, make necessary adjustments to product development processes based on performance metrics.
- Ensure that project objectives, scope and requirements are clearly defined and understood by all stakeholders.
- Build, develop and maintain highly collaborative and effective working relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate proactive planning and flawless execution against our business objectives
- Develop and maintain project documentation including status reports and compliance related documentation.
- Define and manage milestones for priority projects to meet cross-organizational objectives
- Identify risks/issues and engage with the right partners to come up with mitigation/contingency plans.
Your profile in short 🔗︎
- Degree in technology management, business administration, computer science, software engineering, other relevant fields, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in technical program management in software development, system design or software architecture
- Have prior leadership experience in product planning, management, and project management.
- Expertise in Agile development practices at scale and understanding of modern dev ops practices.
- Excellent communication skills for a smooth collaboration with engineers and other non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient with programming languages and some coding, good understanding of Java or Python would be an advantage.
- A strong desire to make a difference in the world.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to create elegant solutions to multi-faceted challenges.
