The Recruiter to help our business expand and drive the entire hiring process; sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent from all over the world, working closely with customer-facing teams and operations teams to constantly improve the way we hire.

- Guiding hiring managers and candidates through the recruitment process
- Build and maintain a significant network of great prospects through market research and continuous relationship management
- Provide support on hiring initiatives where there is a staffing impact
Your profile in short 🔗︎
- Have proven experience (2+ years) as a full lifecycle recruiter - sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates for various sales and customer management positions
- Experience in engaging a diverse talent pool through different sourcing tools
- A strong passion for recruiting and talent acquisition with a strong focus on candidate experience.
- Experience and knowledge of sales KPIs and metrics would be an advantage
- Fluency in English.
